Mayflower Coloring Page

Teaching our children about the founding of this country starts at the very beginning. The coming of the pilgrims. Their pursuit of religious freedom. The dangerous conditions. The cold, deadly first winter. The first Thanksgiving. The growth of new colonies. Our goal is to help bring these stories to life for our littlest generation. I have found with my own children the best way to do that is hands-on activities.

This Mayflower coloring page offers the opportunity to do just that: share the story of the Mayflower while offering them a quiet activity to help remember what happened. I’d highly recommend Three Young Pilgrims to read to them while you conduct this activity. It tells the story from the view of a family as they come to America on the Mayflower.
