The Founder’s Starter Pack — Teaching the Founding Fathers to our Youngest Generation
Here at The Littlest Statesmen, we are of the belief that even our youngest generation can know the stories of our Founding Fathers and the history of our great country. They don’t need to know every date or detail, but they are incredibly capable of knowing and understanding the story of our nation’s founding and the brave men and women who fought and risked their lives to see its creation. From our children’s books to fun crafts, we believe that the best way to teach our young children is through stories and other hands-on activities!
This Founder’s Starter pack is complete with 5 different lessons about our first three presidents, the American Revolution, and the Declaration of Independence. It includes 2 additional crafts, printable coloring pages for each lesson, as well as accompanying activities for each of the presidents. Our hope is to create a scaffolding for our children — to introduce them to these historical figures, the setting, and the heart behind this country. They are so very capable; we just need to give them the opportunity! If they can know the stories of the Disney princesses, why not the Founding Fathers?
